Meet Lisa Arrigo Hoban
Lisa has been operating L.A. Events since 1999 and is an active Community Leader within the Manatee and Sarasota County Community.
She is a member of the Manatee Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Council.
L.A. Events is a Manatee Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Finalist for years 2013, 2014 and Winner in 2016.

Lisa brought a fresh approach with innovative ideas not only for the event but also for reaching new sponsors and creative revenue generating ideas. That year the event more than doubled in gross revenue and tripled in guest attendance.
This year’s event exceeded our expectations as we increased the amount of funds raised from last year! Lisa Arrigo-Hoban’s character and passion are contagious, and she became part of our InStride family while working with us on The Mane Event. She truly exhibits an extraordinary attitude that focuses on community outreach and philanthropy before personal profit.
Lisa handled every detail flawlessly from negotiating with vendors and caterers all the way down to invitations and color decor. It amazed me by the amount of detail that went into her work, she even addressed the invitation envelopes personally by hand, over 300 plus, giving the guest an added personal touch. Lisa attended both events managing the tempo of the evening allowing our staff as well as myself free to mingle and entertain our guests.
Like a master conductor, Lisa has an uncanny ability to navigate the complex relationship between donors, volunteers, staff, and vendors and her energy and contagious enthusiasm have stewarded USFSM through years of very successfuly fundraising events. L.A. Events has been instrumental in the overwhelming success of one of the region's premiere events, Brunch on the Bay. Without Lisa at the helm of the production, this stellar scholarship fundraiser for Manatee and Sarasota County students could not have become the enormous success it has grown to be.
Lisa is the consummate professional. Her attention to every single detail of our event from conception to post event wrap up was simply amazing. We cannot, and will not, imagine putting on the Horne & Moon Social without Lisa's guidance, planning and good humor! No matter the crazy ideas we come up with Lisa is never fazed and always has the perfect solution and always with the bottom line in mind. We are looking forward to working with her for many years to come!
Lisa helped take our Easterseals luncheon over the top as she supported a great committee of Volunteers, Sponsors and Easterseals staff during a time of growth in transition that only a seasoned professional would have been able to handle!
Her creativity and people skills combined with experience and organizational skills helped us achieve what few nonprofits could at just our first luncheon. On behalf of our board and hundreds of children and adults with disabilities I can't thank her enough for all her help and commitment.
